Erwin de Groot

Erwin de Groot is a seasoned software architect and development leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Software Architect and Lead Software Development at Sorama since January 2021, Erwin previously held similar roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific from January 2016 to December 2020 and at ASML from January 2011 to December 2015, where focus included source metrology and EUV source metrology software. Erwin began their career as a software engineer at Primary Systems B.V. and Kooijmans Software, specializing in designing and implementing software solutions and components. Erwin holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Calgary and a Master’s degree from Eindhoven University of Technology.
