With extensive experience in program management and business development across various organizations, including BOM and Brainport Industries, Michel has led strategic initiatives such as the "Factory of the Future" program. Michel is also involved with Fontys University of Applied Sciences, serving on the Program Council to bridge education with industry technological advancements. Michel holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and has pursued multiple business and executive management courses to enhance expertise in innovation and organization management.
