Hellmut Adolphs

Hellmut Adolphs has a long and varied work experience in the technology field. In 2022, they were appointed Chief Technology Officer at Sorcero. From 2019 to present, they have held various roles at three different companies. At CareJourney, they have served as CTO/CISO since 2019, leading Data and Applications Engineering, Program Management, Technology Operations and Cybersecurity. At Hanover Research, they served as a Consultant - Interim CTO from 2019, advising the executive team and collaborating with Hanover's leadership on all matters to do with technology and digitalization. From 2017 to present, they have been the Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Intellei, providing an AI-powered conversation automation platform. In 2015, they worked as an Independent Technology Consultant at Public Spend Forum and as an Independent Consultant at Snagajob. Hellmut also worked as a Consultant - Interim CTO at 5AM Solutions. From 2011 to 2015, they were VP, Engineering Frameworks and Senior Director, Audience Intelligence at Millennial Media, where they designed and architected the first party audience derivation system and created algorithms for intelligence data derivation out of location data and network data. In 2010, they co-founded Condaptive, where they defined and designed the software development lifecycle practices and strategy and led the architecture and development of their product. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Associate L2 - Engineering and Technology at SapientNitro, where they were a technical lead in teams engaging in CMS, e-commerce and financial projects.

Hellmut Adolphs obtained a degree in Computer Science and Systems Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes between 1996 and 2001. Hellmut also holds a certification from IBM as a Websphere eCommerce 5.4 expert.
