Dan Smith is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of The Full Sweep Coaching and Consulting Group since January 2024, Dan specializes in C-Suite coaching, leadership alignment, succession planning, and growth facilitation. Prior to this, Dan held significant roles at Owens Corning from September 2009 to January 2024, including EVP, Chief Growth Officer and President of OC Venture Investments, and various HR leadership positions. Additionally, Dan serves as an Independent Board Member at Sordoni Construction Services, Inc. and was the Chief Administrative Officer at Borders from May 1995 to September 2009. Dan holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
