Sorette is the first credentialing platform for the motherhood market, offering a science-backed Seal of Approval that ensures product safety and efficacy for moms and families.

Founder and CEO Lanning Ardente launched Sorette to give expecting and active mothers the gift of clarity and peace-of-mind. We’re here to help you focus less on over-analyzing ingredient labels, and more on baby, your growing bond, and your needs during this precious and transitional time.

A mother herself, Lanning understands the mental load women face on their fertility journey, during pregnancy and throughout motherhood. Like you, she spent hours googling what she “should” and “shouldn’t” consume as a new mom, only to realize there is no science-backed safety standard for pregnancy products. As a seasoned and passionate CPG expert and operator, she knew she had the power - and experience - to change that.

After recruiting Sorette’s trusted panel of credentialed doctors and toxicologists, Lanning and her Scientific Advisory Board built a restricted substance list that informs what Sorette will and will not sell. Every item you find on Sorette has been vetted and approved by our partners and clears our highest safety standards. We hold ourselves to these standards to ensure that you and your family are surrounded by the safest products from the world’s most trusted brands, during the time when it matters most.
