Soreya is a full-service property management company based in St. John’s, Newfoundland & Labrador, specializing in both short-term rental management and long-term residential property management.

We work with property owners who want a hands-off, professional approach to managing their real estate, without sacrificing transparency, care, or long-term asset quality.

On the short-term side, Soreya provides end-to-end vacation rental management, including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and more. Our services cover listing creation and optimization, dynamic pricing, guest communication, cleaning coordination, and ongoing property oversight. Properties are cross-listed across major platforms to maximize exposure, occupancy, and revenue while maintaining consistent standards.

A key differentiator for Soreya is our technology-focused management model and enhanced risk protection. For short-term rental properties, we offer damage protection coverage of up to $1.5 million, designed to safeguard owners against guest-caused damage beyond standard platform guarantees. This level of protection is not commonly offered by local property management companies and provides owners with added peace of mind.

On the long-term side, we support residential property owners with rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and proactive property care. Our focus is on maintaining the home's condition, addressing issues promptly, and keeping owners informed while maximizing revenue.

Soreya currently operates across St. John’s and surrounding areas, including Mount Pearl, Paradise, Conception Bay South, and Torbay.

If you’re a property owner looking for reliable, professional property management. Soreya is built to be a trusted, accountable partner.
