Sorrell is a boutique Executive Search firm that provides an in-depth approach to hiring the best talent in the market. We believe a search process is about much more than filling a position. It is about optimizing our clients' existing and future capabilities so they can fully realize what they hope to accomplish in the world.

Our clients include companies in private equity, real estate, public accounting, energy, petrochemical, technology, and professional services industries. We also have extensive experience working with leading nonprofits, foundations, think tanks, and institutions of higher education across the country. We work with many of our clients for decades, as they grow and continue to build.

Our Practice Leaders have spent nearly 40 years refining Sorrell's approach to the search business. We see ourselves as talent scouts, talent mentors, and talent brokers. As talent scouts, we search for new business practices and emerging capabilities that will lead organizations beyond the tried and true and into the future. As talent mentors, we use our seasoned understanding of market conditions to help candidates sort through their aspirations, development opportunities and potential career moves. Finally, as talent brokers, we help our clients use all available resources, both internal and external, to attract and retain talent, fully leveraging the capacity of the existing team as well as the broader marketplace to grow the organization.

We have a track record of working on high-impact searches with clients facing rapid transitions and looking to elevate their products or services beyond the status quo. Whether a nonprofit working with vulnerable populations or a business aiming to build and grow, our clients are looking to the future. And the people you hire determine your future.
