Jon Grodecki is currently the Director of Operations at KMA, S.C. and serves the Great Lakes Region as Director of Operations at Sorren. Previously, Jon worked as an Organization Manager at Schuman, Simon, and Grodecki, Ltd. from 2008 to 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing technology initiatives and advanced accounting tasks. In 2007, Jon gained experience as an Industrial Marketing Intern at Rust-Oleum Corporation. Additionally, Jon completed an internship at Fromm International in 2004.
