Mark Damon

Mark Damon is a seasoned professional in the accounting and finance industry with nearly 25 years of experience. After graduating from Oregon State University and obtaining a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon, they worked at notable firms such as Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton, and held the role of Vice President Corporate Controller at Pacific Retirement Services. In 2014, they co-founded KDP Certified Public Accountants, LLP, where they served as Managing Partner and successfully scaled the firm to over 150 team members across multiple states. Currently, as Regional Managing Partner at Sorren, Inc., Mark contributes to the growth of a national top 50 accounting and advisory firm.
