Windi Martin

Windi Martin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting for both public and private companies. Currently serving as Partner-in-Charge at Sorren and a Partner in the Boise Office, Windi’s career spans over three decades, including a significant tenure as an Audit Partner at Ernst & Young, where they managed high-stakes audits and advised on complex transactions. A Portland native, Windi relocated to open an office serving the Oregon market, driving growth and fostering a diverse team. Committed to building impactful relationships, Windi actively supports diversity and inclusion initiatives and engages with entrepreneurs in the Oregon market, further serving as a long-standing Board member of Friends of the Children.
