Sorry Works! is the nation’s leading advocacy and training organization for disclosure and apology. We literally teach doctors, hospitals, nurses, insurers, and attorneys how to disclose and say “sorry” after adverse medical events and medical errors. We teach disclosure through live presentations and training seminars as well as our best-selling Sorry Works! Book and other content available on our e-store.

But, we are much more than disclosure – we are The Works!…Five Star Customer Service Works!....Safety Works!....Education Works!....Communication Works!. We focus on the entire continuum of the patient/provider relationship, from start to finish. By focusing on the bigger picture, we cannot not only reduce risk and litigation, but also increase safety and provider and patient satisfaction.
