SOS Dance is a tech-enabled, global movement on a mission to empower a generation of 'QUEENS' through dance, using dance as a source of strength, power and confidence they can use across all aspects of their life.

Having built our own proprietary booking platform to scale, SOS operates across major towns and cities including London, Manchester, Leeds and Edinburgh, running weekly classes that have reached over 20,000 women to date. Our signature model — training certified 'BOSSES' (instructors) to teach 'SOS QUEENS' (students) — reflects our belief that empowerment thrives in community. SOS Dance is not about perfection; it’s about power, joy and the freedom to move without judgment.

Our class concepts taught nationwide include Commercial, featuring new pop-inspired dance routines released every couple of weeks, and Heels, which combines dance with the sass appeal, power and glamour of moving in heels.

Beyond movement, SOS has become a thriving ecosystem for female entrepreneurship, leadership and mastering the art of the side hustle. Our BOSSES — many of whom lead their own communities while balancing full-time careers — personify our mission to help women rise together having started their dance journey as ‘Queens’ themselves.

At SOS, we believe true empowerment begins with feeling supported, accepted and celebrated — because when you feel like yourself, your inner power and sass can shine.

Because when one QUEEN rises, we all rise – and everything we do has been created in service of this.
