SOS Nexus is a financial technology company building the foundational infrastructure for early-stage venture capital. We are the creators of Nexus OS: an Agentic Infrastructure platform designed to systematize capital deployment between traditional wealth and early-stage startups.

Historically, immense localized wealth has remained sidelined during early-stage private investing due to three critical disconnects: fragmented venture vocabulary, cross-sector underwriting silos, and mismanaged corporate infrastructure by first-time founders.

SOS Nexus was founded to eradicate these gaps. By acting as an upstream "Smart Router" for capital, our flagship platform—Nexus OS—commoditizes backend compliance, entity formation, and financial settlement, replacing legacy venture friction with verified, institutional-grade rails.

Through the Nexus OS Platform, we provide:

The Intelligent Data Room (IDR): A strict compliance gatekeeper and Single Source of Truth that enforces the "Day-Minus-One" standard, ensuring perfectly clean corporate entities before a single dollar is moved.

The Dynamic Unitization Engine: Translating complex venture cap table mathematics into simplified, standardized funding units (such as our 100-Unit Founder SPV) to seamlessly bridge the vocabulary gap for traditional investors.

The Portfolio Investor Lens: A frictionless, read-only dashboard that aggregates an investor's private market holdings, powered by real-time financial reporting and live cash-burn metrics via Plaid integration.

Agentic Asset Translation: Utilizing automated AI workflows to translate dense, cross-sector technical diligence into standardized private equity reporting formats.

SOS Nexus decouples the size of a founder's cap table from the size of their administrative burden. We provide total operational transparency for the founder today, and total verifiability for the investor tomorrow.
