Founded in 2007, SOSAD Ireland has worked tirelessly to raise awareness around mental health issues, offering one-to-one counselling services to anyone (16+) that needs are help. We also have a 24/7 helpline. 

Currently people of all ages in Ireland are suffering with their mental health in Ireland, and services are struggling to cope with the demand. SOSAD is largely volunteer lead, and to date we receive no government funding. We rely heavily on fundraising to keep the doors open.
