SOSALT S.p.A., located on the west coast of Sicily in Trapani, has been dedicated to the cultivation, harvesting and processing of premium sea salt since our roots began in 1922.

Our salt pans stretch for hundreds of hectares along the historic “Salt Road” between Trapani and Marsala, where the unique synergy of sun, wind and sea creates naturally white, flavour-rich sea salt

We are committed to sustainable practices — cultivating salt without disrupting the delicate saline ecosystem — and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and traceability, backed by certifications such as IFS, Kosher and GMP+

With production capabilities reaching around 100,000 tons per year and an industrial facility spanning tens of thousands of square metres, we serve both the domestic and international markets with flexible formats for retail, HoReCa and wholesale customers.

From our classic sea salt to iodised, specialty, coarse/crystal forms and even water-treatment salts, our diverse product portfolio meets a broad spectrum of culinary and industrial needs.

Join us as we deliver the taste of Sicily’s finest sea salt — naturally, sustainably, globally.
