Sost, meaning “three” in Amharic, is a dynamic social hub in Washington, DC’s Shaw neighborhood that brings together food, music, and culture under one roof. More than just a restaurant, Sost is an immersive experience designed for connection, offering an all-day café, intimate speakeasy, lively restaurant lounge with mezzanine, and rooftop views of the city.

At Sost, our mission is to celebrate the flavors and rhythms of the African diaspora and Global South while creating an inclusive space where professionals, creatives, students, and neighbors can come together to work, gather, and unwind.
