John O’Brien

John is Director of Global IT at SOSV and is based in Cork, Ireland. He is responsible for the Corporate & End User IT portfolio, Analytics & BI, as well as IT Security & Compliance.

Prior to joining SOSV, John spent almost 19 years at Musgrave Group, which is Ireland’s leading retail & wholesale, food and beverage distribution company. During his tenure there, John held a number of senior leadership positions focused on the delivery of Loyalty, BI, Analytics & eCommerce platforms blending UX/UI, security, privacy, architecture & analytics.

John earned his MSc in Cloud Computing from Munster Technical University, Ireland and his BSc in Computer Science from University of Limerick, Ireland.
