Prem Samtani

Prem Samtani is the Founder and Managing Director of Merton Global Ventures, a boutique advisory and investment firm established in January 2019 that focuses on partnering with early-stage purpose-driven companies in areas such as climate innovation, preventative health, smart logistics, and financial technology. In addition to this role, Prem Samtani serves as a Senior Business Advisor at SOSV, Innovacell Biotechnologie AG, InnerPlant, and Archax, while also holding the position of Non-Executive Director at Shriram Asset Management Company Limited and Senior Fellow at FCLTGlobal. Previously, Prem Samtani was an Angel Investor and Senior Advisor at Base Food Inc. (2018 - 2022) and held senior roles at CPP Investments and Morgan Stanley from 2005 to 2018. Prem Samtani holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from The University of British Columbia.
