Transforming Finance at Community Banks & Smaller Investment Management Firms.

We do NOT provide licensed services in banking, finance & securities. We help you do them better.

Investment Management : Empower your HUMAN portfolio managers with better research / decision support systems. Leverage AI where it shines (eg summarize calls/data sources). Simplify, streamline, standardize and automate administrative & compliance processes to keep your key managers focused on adding value.

Banking as a Service aka "BaaS" : How will you grow your Community Bank? You already have branches, a website, an app, ATM locations, and maybe some mortgage & commercial sales reps. Now what? What's your growth strategy?

BaaS can be a compelling answer. Done properly, it opens up new channels via third party Fintechs and their apps / customers / broader ecosystems. It's a new source of deposits, credits, interchange, and fee revenue with economics that scale.
However, done improperly, BaaS invites regulatory consequences. Youd board and C-suite need to have proper expertise and oversight. Your AML, compliance, operations and financial control need to run like a well-oiled machine.

That's where we come in. We can support your "BaaS Curious" board and executives through the exploration and decisions around whether and how to launch a BaaS business line. We can take you from zero-to-one, setting up your API ecosystem and connecting your core to your Fintech programs. We can establish proper third party risk management for each Fintech partner and sound program management to oversee the design, implementation, launch, and ongoing support of each Fintech product and program.

Treading water will not be enough. There are approximately 4,100 commercial banks and 4,700 credit unions in the United States. How many will still be around in 5 years? In 10? Don't just SURVIVE. You can WIN. THRIVE. Stay ahead of the regulatory change tsunami.
