Aaron Early

Aaron Early started their career with US Airways Inc. in 1998 as a Project Engineer and worked there until 2004. Aaron then joined Bank of America in 2005 and held various roles, including Vice President of Market Information Consultant and Director of Operations/Business Support Manager/Product Manager. During their time at Bank of America, they were responsible for improving performance at a global treasury payment processing site, managing budgets and teams, implementing process improvements, and leading merger and acquisition integration efforts. In 2012, Aaron joined SoTel Systems as the Executive Vice President of Operations and later became the Chief Operating Officer. At SoTel Systems, they led various initiatives to improve productivity, quality control, facility management, and process improvement. Aaron also oversaw the implementation of a new ERP software platform and managed multiple acquisitions and divestitures.

Aaron Early received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, where they attended from 1992 to 1997. Aaron later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completing their studies from 2004 to 2006.
