Cat Stephani is a seasoned professional in the wine and beverage industry with a strong background in sales, program development, and customer relations. Currently serving as a Fine Wine Specialist at Sotheby's since August 2021, Cat previously achieved over $2 million in sales as a Sales Associate at MRMB, enhancing outreach and lead generation efforts. Experience includes prestigious roles as a Sommelier in Michelin-starred restaurants, such as Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare and Manhatta, where Cat was instrumental in developing beverage programs. Initially as Beverage Director at Momofuku Ma Peche, Cat improved beverage revenue while managing extensive inventories and staff training. Cat's career began as General Manager at Corkbuzz Wine Studio. Cat holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Ithaca College.
