Gwen Le Bot is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Sotheby’s in France, Belgium, and Monaco since November 2023, Gwen has previously held notable positions such as Chief People Officer at Odaseva, HR Talent & Development Director at SEGULA Technologies, and HR Director at Parrot Faurecia Automotive. With expertise in strategic HR management, talent development, and employee engagement, Gwen has successfully overseen HR operations in multiple countries, designed and implemented comprehensive HR policies, and led transformative initiatives during significant organizational changes. Educated at HEC Paris, Gwen holds a degree in Executive Coaching, complemented by qualifications in Human Resources and Digital Management.
