Jen Laster

Jen Laster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and logistics within the art and luxury sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Logistics, Fulfillment and Gallery Operations at Sotheby's since August 2011, Laster has held various leadership roles including Head of Operations for UK, Ireland, and Germany, and Vice President positions in contemporary art and jewellery. Prior to Sotheby's, Laster worked at AuthenTec, Inc. as a Senior Accountant and completed a Tax and Treasury Internship at Intersil Corporation. Laster holds degrees in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and the University of Miami.
