Josh Henning

Josh Henning serves as the Assistant Vice President and Global IT Director at Sotheby's since September 2021, leading a team of over 60 global IT and operations engineering staff. Prior to this role, Josh was the Director of Engineering at Kickstarter from April 2019 to June 2020, managing a team of 20 engineers and driving strategic initiatives. From May 2013 to March 2019, Josh held multiple leadership positions at Etsy, including Senior Manager of IT Systems Engineering, overseeing engineering functions and budgets totaling $7M. Earlier experiences include roles at Major League Baseball and AGRION, where Josh focused on streaming media and video production. Josh earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by participation in the Environmental Fellows Program.
