Currently serving as Strategic Projects Worldwide Marketing Operations at Sotheby's since June 2022 and as a Board Trustee at Give It Your Max since June 2020, Kat previously held the position of Global Head of Operations (Commercial) at Graff from July 2017 to June 2022.
