Micaela Kitson

Micaela Kitson currently serves as Vice President and Human Resources Business Partner at Sotheby's since September 2021. Prior to this role, Micaela held the position of Human Resources Director at Victoria's Secret from October 2019 to August 2020 and served as Director of Talent at Tory Burch from June 2016 to September 2019. Micaela's earlier experience includes over a decade as Director of Human Resources at Meredith Corporation from April 2005 to March 2016 and as HR Manager at Primedia from 1996 to 2004. Micaela earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Public Relations from Marist College and completed high school at Sacred Heart Academy.
