Simon Hogg

Simon Hogg currently serves as Chief Data Officer at a private family investment office since September 2024. Prior to this role, Simon has been with Sotheby's since April 2011, initially as Director and Head of Analytics & Business Intelligence, and then as Head of Business Intelligence, leading the Business Intelligence function across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia, focusing on C-level performance reporting and business KPI development while providing operational and strategic support globally. Simon holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry, specializing in Materials Science and Modelling from Imperial College London, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computational Chemistry from The University of Manchester.
