Will Potter is an experienced HR and operations leader with a robust background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR at Sotheby's since April 2020, Will has previously held significant roles, including Head of People at Hello Alfred and various leadership positions at WeWork, such as Head of People for Corporate & Ventures and VP of People Strategy. Prior to this, Will was the Director of Finance & Operations at Hunt & Gather, Inc., and accumulated extensive experience at Thomson Reuters in various business operations and management roles. Will holds two M.B.A. degrees from Columbia Business School and London Business School, as well as a B.Sc. in Economics & Philosophy from the University of York.
