REDA IHAMJI

REDA IHAMJI is a Methods & Continuous Improvement Manager with extensive experience in project management and operational excellence. They currently serve as the Methods and Operational Excellence Manager at Sothema, having previously held the position of Methods and Operational Excellence Project Manager at Pharma 5 Officiel. REDA also worked as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Matis Aerospace and gained early exposure through internships at Lear Corporation and Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi. They hold a Diplôme d'ingénieur d'État in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Rabat.
