Ambuja Rajaratnam has extensive experience in financial leadership, having held key positions such as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President & Head of Finance at SOTI from April 2019 to April 2022, and Vice President & Head of Finance at Maropost from May 2022 to July 2023. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at OpenText, where responsibilities encompassed Director of Finance Acquisitions, Director of Corporate Accounting, and Senior Manager of Corporate Finance from October 2007 to April 2019. Ambuja Rajaratnam began their career as Senior Finance Manager at Coventree Capital in early 2007.
