Ankur Sen is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in operations and support. Currently serving as the IT Operations Team Lead for SOTI in Europe and MENA since May 2018, Ankur leads a team managing helpdesk operations for over 400 remote employees, while promoting ITIL fundamentals and process improvements. Prior to this role, Ankur was a Senior IT Operations Systems Analyst at SOTI, providing in-house IT support for over 300 users, including senior executives. Ankur's experience also includes working as an Information Technology System Analyst at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, delivering 2nd level IT support for more than 700 employees and maintaining PCI compliance, as well as serving as a Deskside Support Analyst at Toronto Hydro, handling help desk operations for 2000 employees. Ankur holds an Advanced Degree in Cisco Certified Network Associate from Centennial College.
