Brett Young

Brett Young, MTM, currently serves as the Manager of Education Services at SOTI, leading a team that develops and delivers global training programs. Key accomplishments include orchestrating a successful transition to Docebo LMS, creating custom learner experiences, and integrating systems to streamline onboarding processes, as well as receiving multiple awards for contributions to training excellence. Prior experience includes roles at Coveo and BlackBerry, where Brett focused on product management and knowledge management, enhancing customer support tools and training operations. Brett holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Waterloo and a Master's Degree in Technology Management from Memorial University.
