Daiva Urnikyte

Daiva Urnikyte is a Level 2 Technical Support Specialist at SOTI since August 2021, previously holding the position of Graduate Technical Support Specialist. Prior to joining SOTI, Daiva gained experience as a Bartender at The Good Intent in Birmingham and Saint Pauls House, along with varied roles in customer service including Waitress and Bartender at Las Iguanas and a Server Assistant at T.G.I. Fridays. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Network and Security from Birmingham City University and advanced studies at Reading College. Daiva has developed strong skills in problem-solving, customer service, and technical support throughout the professional journey.
