Daniel Chin

Daniel Chin has over a decade of experience in information technology and operations. Currently serving as an Information Technology Operations Team Lead and previously as an IT Systems Analyst at SOTI since February 2016, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in managing IT infrastructure and system analysis. Prior experience includes a role as a Network Administrator at Endo Networks Inc. from August 2012 to June 2015, where responsibilities included configuring and maintaining servers, firewalls, and security devices. Daniel also served as a Technical Coordinator at Endo, providing helpdesk support as the first point of contact for on-field support. Earlier in the career, Daniel worked as a Banquet Supervisor at The Living Arts Centre Mississauga from April 2004 to June 2012, overseeing event setups and training employees in service operations. Daniel holds a degree in Information Technology Support Services from Sheridan College, completed between 2010 and 2012.
