Jacky Ho

Jacky Ho is a seasoned Security Analyst currently at SOTI since March 2023, with previous experience at CITIC Telecom International CPC Limited and Global Technology Integrator Ltd. At CITIC Telecom, Jacky served as a Tier-2 escalation point, conducting cyber risk assessments, establishing technical documentation for SOC teams, maintaining the Splunk SIEM platform, and developing security correlation rules based on the MITRE ATT&CK Framework. Jacky has also contributed to an ISO 27001 Audit for the SOC team. At Global Technology Integrator, Jacky operated within the Security Operation Center, managing service delivery and conducting product investigations related to SOC services. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Information Security from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Higher Diploma in Information and Network Security from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education.
