Khang Pham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical account management and enterprise mobility. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager and Enterprise Mobility Consultant at SOTI since December 2018, Khang Pham focuses on product integration within diverse customer environments, including on-premise and cloud solutions, while ensuring comprehensive project management through the discovery, planning, and implementation phases. Previously, Khang Pham held positions as a Senior Network Operations Analyst at Capita Local Public Services and a Network Development Analyst at Service Birmingham, where responsibilities included leading enterprise mobility management initiatives and managing Birmingham City Council's MPLS network. Khang Pham began his career as an IT Officer, gaining valuable experience in customer service and team leadership. Khang Pham holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Aberystwyth University.
