Kimberly MacPherson

Kimberly MacPherson is an accomplished Director of Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Effectiveness at SOTI, where innovative mobility solutions are provided to businesses. Currently serving as a faculty member in the School of Business at Conestoga College, Kimberly has extensive experience in human resources, previously holding leadership positions such as Vice President at Cowan Insurance Group and peopleCare Inc., as well as Field Human Resources Manager at Walmart. Kimberly's educational background includes an Honours degree in Business Administration and Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Post Graduate diploma in Human Resources from Conestoga College, and specialized certifications from Cornell University and Conestoga College in post-secondary and adult education.
