Kuruvilla Eapen

Kuruvilla Eapen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Site HR Leader at SOTI since June 2025, Kuruvilla previously held the position of Head of HR at CCS Technologies Pvt. Ltd from October 2021 to June 2025, focusing on growth, learning and development, branding, digitization, transformation, and culture. Prior to that, Kuruvilla worked as an HR Business Partner at Nissan Digital India LLP from July 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included establishing the HR function at Nissan Digital Hub. Earlier experience includes a role as HR Business Partner at Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd from August 2009 to July 2018, engaging in change management and culture building, as well as serving as an HR Consultant for the KPO division in Bangalore. Kuruvilla holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on HR from Christ University, completed in 2009.
