Mark Schmidt

Director, Global Technical Support

Mark Schmidt is an experienced professional in technical support and management, currently serving as the Director of Global Technical Support at SOTI since January 2021. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions at Compugen Inc., culminating in the role of Senior Manager of Support Services from May 2016 to May 2020. Mark also contributed to VMware as the Manager of Premier Services and Global Support Services from February 2012 to April 2016. Earlier in the career, Mark worked at Logitech in multiple technical support roles, advancing from Technical Support Engineer to Vendor Manager between August 2005 and February 2012. Mark Schmidt holds a Strategic Leadership Certificate from the University of Toronto and a Business degree with a focus on Economics from York University.
