Matthew Roher

Matthew Roher is an experienced SaaS Solutions Engineer and Presales Leader currently serving as the Director of Sales Engineering at SOTI. With a strong background in driving revenue and supporting complex sales cycles, Matthew previously held positions at notable companies including BMO Bank of Montreal, Plitron Manufacturing Inc., and Salesforce, where they honed their skills in solution engineering and business development. Matthew earned an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and holds an hBSc in Biochemistry and General Science from York University. Passionate about fostering a Multiplier Culture, they practice servant leadership to inspire and support their team. Matthew is also a dual citizen of the United States and Canada.
