Ryan Fagundo

Ryan Fagundo is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in IT operations, security, and support. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IT Operations at SOTI Inc. since January 2007, Ryan demonstrates strong leadership skills by building new teams and driving IT strategies to ensure exceptional service levels. Prior to this role, experience includes working as a Service Technician for Best Buy Canada Ltd. / Geek Squad, where responsibilities involved repairing electronic hardware and addressing customer inquiries, as well as serving as a Booth Operator at America Multi-Cinema Inc. (AMC), managing projector operations and inventory. Ryan's technical background is further supported by a Diploma in Information Technologies Support Services from Sheridan College and a Network Specialist degree from triOS College.
