The Romo family has been connected to sotol production in Chihuahua for generations. Sotol Romo is founded by Claudia Romo Edelman, bringing together deep cultural roots with global brand-building experience.

Sotol Romo is made 100% from Dasylirion, specifically 100% Dasylirion cedrosanum, and bottled as Sotol 100% Puro. It is additive-free, organic by nature, artisanal, and produced with a strong commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing.

The spirit’s profile was perfected in collaboration with Richard Betts, one of the most respected figures in modern Mexican spirits, and is supported by the operational, distribution, and market infrastructure of Casa Komos Brands Group (CKBG).
