We specialise in placing Enterprise Account Executives, Presales Engineers, and Sales Leaders across Data & AI, and Vertical SaaS — roles where credibility, deal complexity, and cultural fit are critical.

With 10+ years recruiting senior SaaS talent — including seven years at Salesforce and Gartner — Sotora Search blends enterprise-standard hiring with the precision and care of a boutique search partner.

Our approach is:
- Quality-first (every candidate is pre-qualified for capability & motivation)
- Insight-driven (deep domain knowledge across GTM, ICPs & sales cycles)
- Founder-focused (long-term talent partnerships — not transactions)

We help founders scale smarter with revenue-driving GTM hires — and we support experienced talent in building meaningful career moves that match their strengths.
