Cristian Caio has gained practical experience in mechanical maintenance through roles at AngloGold Ashanti Brasil and Sotreq S/A. From February to August 2023, Cristian worked as a Technical Intern in Mechanical Maintenance, focusing on maintenance of underground mining equipment including CAT and EPIROC loaders, Volvo loaders, CAT trucks, backhoes, and graders. The responsibilities encompassed preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance at the CDS Córrego do Sítio unit in Santa Bárbara. In March 2024, Cristian undertook roles as a Mining Mechanic I and an Apprentice Mechanic. Cristian is currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Technology at the Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial, expected to complete in 2024.
