Deborah Schroder

Deborah Schroder is an experienced professional with a background in process consulting and project management. Deborah began a career in July 1998 at Grupo de Produção Integrada - COPPE/UFRJ as a Consultora Pleno and transitioned to Embratel in February 2003 as Especialista de Processos, where Deborah worked until June 2007. Deborah then joined Sotreq S/A in July 2007 and held multiple roles, including Consultora de Processos II and Consultora de Continuous Improvement, until April 2013. After a subsequent role in project management at Sotreq S/A from April 2016 to November 2019 as Project Management Professional and Coordenadora de Planejamento e Performance, Deborah was responsible for monitoring conditions, fleet performance, and centralized reform planning. Deborah holds a degree in Engenharia de Produção from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and furthered education with a Computer Programming Extension Course from PUC-RJ and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from CATERPILLAR.
