Filipe Lopes

Filipe Lopes has extensive work experience in the maritime market. Filipe started their career as a Sales Representative at Volvo Penta in 1996. Filipe then worked as a Sales Representative at Sotreq S/A from 1998 to 2001. Filipe joined SoEnergy International in 2002 as a Sales Coordinator for the Maritime Market and was promoted to Sales Manager from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they returned to Sotreq S/A as a Sales Manager for the Maritime Market until 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the General Manager for the Maritime Market (Product Sales and Support) at Sotreq S/A. Filipe then became the General Manager for the Maritime Market at Sotreq S/A from 2013 to 2014, and currently holds the position of Director of the Oil and Maritime Business at Sotreq S/A since October 2014.

Filipe Lopes obtained an Executive MBA in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2012. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA in Company (Sotreq) with a specialization in Business Management from Sotreq between 2008 and 2009. Filipe Lopes completed their undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 1991 to 1996.
