Marcelo Orberg

Marcelo Orberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Marcelo began their career in 2001 as a System Analyst at Promon Tecnologia, where they worked until 2003. Following this, Marcelo joined Caterpillar Asia as a Project Manager from June 2003 to July 2006. In 2008, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Senior Associate, where they worked until August 2011. Marcelo then transitioned to Sotreq S/A, where they held various positions including New Businesses Director from January 2010 to May 2014, Operations Director from May 2014 to September 2018, and eventually became the CEO in September 2018.

Marcelo Orberg completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Tufts University, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where they studied from 2006 to 2008.
