Arnold Rouverand

Arnold Rouverand is a seasoned hospitality development and real estate advisor with extensive experience in the hotel sector. With a career spanning multiple roles, Rouverand has directed projects for prominent organizations including Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, focusing on both renovations and new developments across a variety of markets. Currently, Rouverand serves as a Hospitality Development Consultant for Soudah Development while also advising on real estate and hospitality matters in support of the Saudi 2030 vision. Rouverand's academic background includes a Master’s degree in hotel engineering from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne and advanced studies at institutions such as Harvard Business School.
