Mohammad Tayara, MRICS, ACIArb, MEM, BE.Civ., PMP, is a seasoned Commercial, Contracts, and Cost Management Consultant with 24 years of extensive experience in the construction sector. They have held key positions in various organizations, including as Contracts Administration Director at Soudah Development, overseeing contracts valued at SAR 9 Billion, and previously as a Contracts & Commercial Manager at Parsons Corporation. Mohammad's expertise spans commercial management, cost control, and procurement strategies, having successfully managed multimillion-dollar projects across multiple countries. They hold a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
