韶平郁 is currently the head of user research at Soul App, where they focus on business analysis, structured thinking, and user research. Prior to this role, they served as a user research expert at Ant Group from 2018 to 2021, where they designed user experience evaluation systems and managed projects to optimize user insights and strategies. Before that,韶平 worked as a senior user researcher at Ping An Insurance from 2012 to 2018.
